  • Step 1. Schedule a free, no-obligation 30-minute consultation.       

  • Step 2. Watch your email for questions from me. Before we talk, I’d like to know a bit about you and what you’d like to get out of coaching with me.

  • Step 3. Hit “reply” to that email and answer the questions.

  • Step 4. At the scheduled time of your consult, I'll use the opportunity to make sure we’re the perfect fit for each other before you commit.

  • Step 5. If you decide to work with me, I’ll tell you the exact steps for getting started and send you a welcome package. If you decide not to work with me or if we aren’t a perfect fit, I’m happy to share other resources to help you get what you need.

I worked with Sally as an ADHD coach for several sessions towards the end of last year. Having the support of an ADHD coach who really understood the challenges I was facing was tremendously helpful. She helped me understand how the ADHD brain works and worked with me to improve my self-esteem and confidence. At the time I was trying to manage to study for a PhD, raising two small children, and running a business so I was feeling pretty overwhelmed. Sally worked with me to find strategies to improve time management, prioritizing what I had to do, finding the motivation to get started with studying as well as finishing projects and reducing procrastination. Having the support of coaching week after week really made a difference and gave me the confidence to move forward and work on achieving my goals.
